Indoor Pilates
Mat classes inside the barn. Vaulted ceilings, chandeliers overhead, native bromeliads in the rails. Climate-controlled year-round.
Outdoor Pilates
Mat classes on the grass beside the barn. Sunrise and golden-hour sessions, weather permitting.
Meditation & Breathwork
Guided stillness and breathwork. The class that quiets everything else. Bring nothing but yourself.
Natural Holistic Pilates

The White Barn Pilates & Wellness Center is a small-group mat studio at Cielo Farms Nursery in Southwest Ranches, Florida. Our mission is to connect you with nature while seeking alignment, breath, and progress over time.
Whether you're rebuilding from injury, training for sport, or coming back to your body, our instructors meet you exactly where you are and implement nature within our practice.
